Loving Black pudding....

This is on here for no other reason than my breakfast this morning was delicious and a firm favourite of mine!

A slice of pan fried Bury black pudding on rye bread topped with a poached egg.

Breakfast does not get much better than this!

  1. That dish can only be bettered by adding a layer between the bread and pudding of a bubble and squeak fried cake using your Sunday roast leftovers.
    Got me salivating.

  2. Oh God, Now you have got me thinking!!! Perhaps treated more in a morcilla way, hmmmm, onions, lamb/pork, almonds? Sultanas, Morrocan? Tagine pasty with BP??? This has to be done!
